QY set up a specific precision machining temperature-controlled workshop equipped with various manufacturing machines, including: Japan-imported Mazak 5-axis CNC, Okuma 7-axis multi-function turning and milling center, Haas 5-axis CNC, Brother 4-axis CNC, Feeler 4+1 axis CNC, Harding and XKNC lathes, Okamoto grinding machines, laser engraving machines, and automatic grinding and brushing machines.
 

QY's inspection equipment includes Zeiss and Hexagon coordinate measuring machines (CMM), height gauges, 2.5D and 2D projectors, film thickness gauges, surface roughness testers, and digital hardness testers, among others.
